Pros:

great, friendly, u.s based support techs

Cons:

too much stuff going on over there, something is always crashing. also, i feel like they restrict bandwidth, as even on a T3, i could never download faster that 350kbps, even with nobody else using the server

Other Thoughts:

just use them for domains, at least their DNS servers never crash
