Pros:

There have only been a handful of times when my email servers have been down that I can remember. it never seems to be that slow and I can always get a hold of someone on the phone if I have a question. I would recommend this to someone starting a small business as long as you don’t get too much email traffic.

Pros:

never had an unscheduled outage in like 2 years...cant beat that

Cons:

The cost is killing me lately, i love that Fanatical support when i need it, dont get me wrong...just hate paying for it when i dont.
